TECHNICAL FEATURE • BETONMAKER CRDV are made up of 2 till 12 modular hoppers for aggregates storage with capacity varing from a min. of 10 m3 up to a maximum of 45 m3. The sands hoppers are provided with electric vibrators to facilitate sand unloading. The whole plant ‘s modularity let it to be upgraded at any time both on numbers of bins and in their capacity. • AGGREGATES DOSAGE SYSTEM BY TROLLEY The batch is by weight and directly in the TROLLEY thanks to 4 electronic loading cells in here installed. • AGGREGATES UNOLADING SYSTEM 3 separate hatches are hydraulically opened by two cylinders in order to allow fast aggregates unloading and preciseness on aggregates weighing. • CEMENT BATCHING SYSTEM: automatic, with a cement batcher and electronic loading cell. • WATER BATCHING SYSTEM : automatic by an electronic impulse sender and a by pass for an emergency manual water batching. • AUTOMATISM: the BETONMAKER CRDV can be managed by electronic and/or fully computerized systems. • HOURLY PRODUCTION : varing from 30 m3/h up to 180 m3/h if the trolley feed 2 loading point • PRE-MIXING SYSTEM: BETONMAKER CRDV can be provided with mixers from 1000 ltrs up to 4 cu.m output for a concrete pre-mixing procedure.
